Changes are not saved when using the SaveandClose shortcut in the ObjectPropertyEditor

created 16 years ago

Hi,
when you use the ObjectPropertyEditor and you leave the Popup with the Mouse, with clicking on OK everything is OK - but when you leave the ObjectPropertyEditor with the SaveandClose Shortcut STRG-ENTER then nothing is saved! See the Project. Create an DomainObject, open the DetailPropertyEditor, fill out the values and hit STRG+ENTER!
thx

        Hello Noxe,
Thank you for the update on this issue. Unfortunately, there is no good news for you. This problem won't be fixed in the upcoming maintenance release. We have encountered some difficulty when fixing this bug, and we need additional time to resolve the problem, because it's more complex than it appeared initially.
You'll be automatically notified when the state of this bug is changed. As you know, we cannot provide you with any estimate on the date when it will be fixed, I am sorry.
Currently, the only workaround we can offer you is to write a ViewController and deactivate the SaveAndClose action.
        Thanks,
        Dennis
