ASPxPopupControl - How to change the default 'z-index' value

created 13 years ago

We are using modal ASPxPopupControls in several modules in our DotNetNuke environment. I when the pop-up is displayed, the background will be disabled for the module it is in, but, it will not disable the site menu or header.
So, I really just have a question. How does the ASPxPopupControl set it's z-index when it is displayed? And, is there any way to control that?
Thanks!
Rick

    Hello Rick,
    Thank you for contacting us.
I suggest you use the approach described in the ASPxDocking - How to change a default 'z-index' value of ASPxDockPanel thread (see our first answer). ASPxDockPanel is based on ASPxPopupControl, so I believe that the same approach can be used for ASPxPopupControl as well.
If this does not help you solve the issue, would you please demonstrate your scenario in detail?
    Best regards,
    Vladimir

      Hi Vladimir-
Well, it turns out that we were applying postion: relative to all of our DNN modules thus causing the layering that wasn't allowing the ASPxPopupControl to appear above the other modules on a page. Thank you for your help!
