Licenses.licx gets modified whenever a form is modified in design mode and must be checked in if the project is under Source Control

Description:
Whenever we edit a form or component in design mode, the licenses.licx file is modified. This forces a license file checkout from our source control for the project. This effectively makes it so only one person can edit a form in the project at a time which is obviously not desirable.

Answer:
The Windows Forms designer updates the licenses file when a form with licensed controls, e.g. our components, is modified.
Please select the licenses.licx file in the Solution Explorer, then use the File | Source Control | Exclude licenses.licx from the Source Control menu command.
