We do not have immediate plans to introduce this functionality in the near future, but we will keep it on our radar and probably reconsider our decision if we get more requests regarding this functionality.

Yes, you and other customers can add the Controls - Diagram Chart (or Flow Chart, Org Chart, Organizational Chart) ticket to favorites. We take into account the number of customers tracking this topic.
This means that we'll have a version of a diagram in a 'short' future? Great!
