Conversion of .prnx files to Word and pdf file formats

created 12 years ago

I am an end user and do not know the exact product used. The developer has sold his product and is not being cooperative with the user or vendor.

Hi Glenn,
Yes, the PRNX file format is a format of the Print Document generated by our PrintingSystem.
Files saved in this format can be exported to PDF or RTF file formats by using our tools.
The How to associate my program with the *.prnx extension and have it load up these files automatically sample illustrates how to open this file in our PrintPreview. Later this document can be exported or printed.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any additional assistance. We will be happy to help you.

      Hello,
I'm afraid that your comment isn't clear. Would you please clarify in greater detail what you mean? Do you mean that after exporting the document to PDF, the resulting PDF doesn't contain data at all?
I look forward to hearing from you.
      Thanks

        Hello Sylvester,

I see that you created a separate ticket about this issue: Add Email Button To WebDocument Viewer - Devxtreme Reporting. Would you please clarify whether the issue is resolved?

        Thanks,
        Elliot
