# Purchase Subscriptions, Upgrades and Renewals

I want to order a subscription via your website, how do I proceed?

You can compare DevExpress product subscriptions and select the one that is most appropriate for your business needs by visiting our Purchase page at www.devexpress.com/buy.

Select Visual Studio Products, Delphi Products, or JavaScript Products and review subscription comparison tables. You can add a product to your shopping cart by clicking a link in the table header.

If you're interested in products for Visual Studio developers, note several additional products are listed below the comparison table. Click the links in blocks to add products to your shopping cart or to drill down to product description.

I am an existing customer and I wish to place a new order, how do I proceed?

Thank you for your continued support, we appreciate it.

Before placing your order, make sure that you are logged in to our site with the same credentials you used for your previous purchases. Your account can be managed using the links in the top-right corner, as shown in the image below.

Login to the DevExpress website

Once you're logged in to our website, add products to your shopping cart as described above in the section for new customers. If you are entitled to any discounts based on your previous purchases, you'll see them automatically applied in your cart.

Complete your order by clicking the Checkout button

Click Checkout to proceed with your order.

I need to upgrade or renew a subscription, how do I proceed?

Activate the Special Offers & Renewals tab on the purchase page. You will be asked to log into our website if you haven't done so already.

Once you have successfully logged in, our website will display a list of subscriptions you can renew and products you can upgrade, along with any special offers to which you are entitled.

# Discounts and Special Offers

What discounts are available if I am purchasing multiple licenses?

DevExpress offers multiple user discounts for all of its products. These discounts are automatically computed when you submit a multi-user purchase to us via this website using the following formula:

These discounts apply to the same product and do not apply if you mix/match subscriptions. For instance, if buying one license of the WinForms Subscription along with one license of the ASP.NET Subscription, you will not receive a discount. If, however, you purchase 2 licenses of the WinForms Subscription, you will receive a 5% discount off the total purchase price.

As long as you keep your Subscription(s) current and in the future decide to purchase additional licenses, we will extend the multi-user discount to you for your new purchase. For instance, assume you purchase 1 license to DXperience today and in 6 months decide to purchase a second license. This second license will be eligible for a 5% discount and the discount will be computed automatically once you checkout.

Important Note:
Each and every developer that uses our products must obtain an individual license and that license cannot be shared among multiple developers. For more information on licensing requirements, please visit the following page: Product Licensing.

Are there any special offers available to me if I have purchased from DevExpress in the past?

Special Offers allow you to upgrade your existing licenses to subscription packages that include additional products. For instance, if you own a current ASP.NET Subscription, our website allows you to upgrade it to a DXperience Subscription at a reduced price.

Discounts are also available when you purchase products that have common functionality or when switching to a different development platform.

To view a list of Special Offers and Discounts available to you, activate the Special Offers & Renewals tab on the purchase page. You will be asked to log into our website if you haven't done so already.

# Payment Types and Order Processing

I want to order a subscription via your website, but I don't have access to a credit card, how do I proceed?

DevExpress is able to accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), by bank wire transfer, or by check drawn against a US bank in US dollars.

Additional Information You Should Remember

If paying by bank wire transfer
It generally takes between 3-5 business days for wires to reach us. Once we receive payment, we will automatically send you notification along with download/registration information. If you do not receive a notification within 3-5 business days, please write to us at clientservices@devexpress.com for assistance.

If paying by check
We can only accept checks drawn against a US bank in US dollars. If you wish to send us a check, it is best to use a courier service such as Federal Express or UPS so that you can track when the payment actually reached us. If you use standard postal mail, you should wait 3-4 business days before contacting us to confirm the receipt of the check. To verify that your check was received, please write to us at: clientservices@devexpress.com or call +1 (818) 844-3383 between 7:30AM and 4:30PM Pacific Time.

I want to order a product, but I need a quote for our accounting department prior to making payment. How do I obtain this quote?

It's easy to obtain a quote prior to making payment. Our online system allows you to add a product to your cart, submit your personal/company information and to print a quote before you actually submit payment to us.

# Download a Registered Product

I've ordered your product. How do I download it?

Navigate to My Downloads. You will be prompted to log into our website if you haven't done so already.

Once you login, you will see a list of licensed products available to you. Note the "Most Recent Version Available to You" column.

Once you expand a product entry, use the SELECT VERSION dropdown list to select a version to download. Press Change Logs to review the list of new features and resolved issues for the chosen build.

When you select a version, our website automatically updates the page to display a list of all available installers. Click the required installer link to start your download.

# See What's New

I want to see the What's New file associated a product release before downloading/installing it. Where can I see the What's New document?

Refer to our What's New page to learn more about our most recent major update.
